Glogging the crap out of you

Really?? Glogging?? Are you sure? Okay then. Yet another thing I have never ever heard of, and another task set.

So, hopefully my 'Glog' will be an insight into, what I think, are the coolest or main inventions of the 20th Century. Fingers crossed it will contain some interesting pictures, slideshows and information packs. So, let's get glogging.

You want credit? Work for it then!!

How come some people think they can take credit for something which they had nothing to do with?!? I ask this because today, we had to make a wiki and although I am surrounded by shallow, simple people I managed to successfully create a wicked wiki about a topic that I previous had no knowledge about! Then as I finished it, the boy next to (he is now dead to me!) thought that as he was in close proximity that he deserved to be a co-creator. GET OVER IT! If you want credit, DO SOMETHING!

What the hell are blogs doing to me!?!

Firstly, roughly 30 minutes ago, I had never read a blog, never seen a blog, barely heard of a blog. However, as you are well aware, I have just created my first blog!!
Within that history making half hour I checked out a few blogs to see what this was all about. Saw the eastenders official blog, and thought it was rather strange. Why do so many people think so deeply about fictional characters and their goings on? Made me think. (Maybe for the first time!)
The forums were so focused and very opinionated, the games caught my eye, and that’s about it. Maybe I should have looked at a blog which is about something I’m interested in, oh well, too late for that now!
So I am going to have a go and give this ‘blogging’ thing ago. Wish me luck!!
